Who does Privia & Co. work with?
We work with business owners generating $5M or more in annual revenue who are navigating growth, capital, or exit decisions. We are intentional about who we take on — not because of exclusivity for its own sake, but because our model requires genuine engagement to produce real outcomes.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review every submission carefully. If your situation is a strong fit, a member of the Privia & Co. team will reach out within two business days to schedule a Discovery Call or ask any clarifying questions.
What is the Discovery Call?
A focused 30-minute conversation about your business, your goals, and your current situation. We ask direct questions and share honest observations. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you — and where possible, point you toward someone who is.
Is there a cost for the initial conversation?
We work primarily with businesses generating $5M or more in annual revenue. If you are below that threshold but believe your situation warrants a conversation, submit the form and we will take a look.
How long does a typical engagement last?
It depends on the scope. Diagnostic engagements are one-time. Advisory retainers run on a minimum three-month commitment with most clients continuing well beyond that. Transaction advisory runs alongside the engagement until close. Every proposal defines the scope and timeline clearly before anything is signed.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
Our primary focus is U.S.-based businesses. If you are based outside the U.S. but have significant U.S. operations or are considering a U.S. capital raise or exit, submit the form and we will assess whether it makes sense to connect.
How do referrals work?
Many of our clients come through accountants, attorneys, bankers, and wealth managers who know our work. If someone referred you, mention it in the form — we prioritize referred conversations and will follow up accordingly.
I am not sure which service I need. Should I still reach out?
