How to Become a PAN Partner
Interested in joining the Privia Advisor Network™? Explore the process of becoming a member of our network, including the screening and vetting process designed to ensure consultants are capable of delivering excellence.
By following the screening process, interested candidates can join the Privia Advisor Network™ (PAN) and become part of a vibrant community of leaders, industry experts, and experienced professionals.
Step 1: Exploration & Research
Interested candidates can begin by exploring Privia’s mission, vision, and purpose. Our adaptive consulting model welcomes diverse talent and dynamic perspectives.

Step 2: Candidate Assessment
Candidates conduct a self-assessment to determine if their skills, expertise, and professional goals align with PAN’s requirements and expectations. They review the criteria for joining PAN to ensure candidates are the best fit and meet the necessary qualifications.
Step 3: Application Submission
Candidates submit an application to join PAN through Privia & Co.’s website. The application typically includes a resume or CV, a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and expertise, and any additional materials requested by Privia & Co.

Step 4: Screening & Vetting Process
Our leadership team reviews each application to assess the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and fit with PAN’s network. This may involve conducting interviews, reviewing work samples, and contacting references.
Step 5: Background and Credit Check (if applicable)
In certain situations, Privia & Co. may conduct background and credit checks as part of the vetting process. This helps ensure that candidates have the integrity and financial stability necessary to successfully carry out projects for clients.

Step 6: Approval & Acceptance
Candidates who successfully pass the screening and vetting process receive approval to join PAN. They are formally welcomed into the network and provided with access to PAN’s resources, community, and opportunities. Acceptance into PAN does not guarantee partnership opportunities or project assignments, which are delegated at Privia’s discretion.
Step 7: Onboarding & Orientation
Newly accepted PAN members undergo an onboarding and orientation process to familiarize themselves with PAN’s policies, procedures, and expectations. They receive guidance on how to navigate PAN’s platform, connect with other members, and explore available opportunities based on qualifications and other key considerations.
Step 8: Review & Evaluation
Once onboarded, PAN members have the opportunity to actively engage with the network, collaborate with fellow members, and explore opportunities to contribute their expertise to client projects. They leverage PAN’s resources and community to enhance their professional development and expand their networks.
Step 9: Continuous Feedback & Improvement
PAN members receive ongoing feedback and support from Privia & Co.’s PAN team to ensure their success within the network. They are encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences and contribute to PAN’s continuous improvement efforts.
