Phase 01 — Discovery & Qualification
We learn your business before we say anything about it.
Before any engagement begins, we conduct a structured discovery conversation — covering your financials, your goals, your team, your market position, and your timeline. We do our own research on your business before we speak. This isn’t a sales call. It’s a substantive assessment of whether Privia & Co. can genuinely move the needle for you — and whether the fit is right on both sides.
Phase 02 — Diagnostic Assessment
We give you an institutional-grade view of where your business actually stands.
Every engagement begins with a rigorous diagnostic across four dimensions: growth readiness, capital readiness, operational resilience, and exit positioning. Our proprietary frameworks — the Growth Readiness Index, Capital Readiness Index, Operational Fragility Score, and Exit Readiness Index — give you a clear, data-backed picture of your business that most owners at your stage have never had access to. The diagnostic is not a formality. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
Phase 03 — Roadmap Development
We translate the diagnostic into a specific, prioritized plan of action.
